We have been extremely pleased with the IGOR system and the work Digimap has carried out. The CRS and FATCA obligations can be quite technical, and Digimap and its team of programmers has made that part easy for us as the Competent Authority and as easy as possible for the Guernsey Financial Institutions. From a Competent Authority perspective I have found having direct access to the developers of the software has been particularly helpful.

Treasurer Haigh said he “is particularly pleased that Digimap was awarded the tender as he and a colleague had visited the Digimap premises in Guernsey in August this year and they felt assured that Digimap would be able to provide the necessary technical skills and support into the future”. He also said he was “impressed by their ‘can do’ attitude, and noted that they had received some very positive feedback from the Guernsey Income Tax Office, which gave them a high level of confidence that Digimap’s product worked well”. Haigh went on to say that “coming from another small island state, albeit on the other side of the world, we felt they understood our needs and challenges and were more than willing to assist us with our CRS implementation.”
