Risk Assessments

Risk Assessments are required to be completed. The Risk Assessment can be found under the main group menu.

Select the Group and then the reporting type, together with the Reporting Period.

Note, the Risk Assessments for CRS and FATCA are different and both need to be completed and submitted if you are registered to report both CRS and FATCA.

Please complete the questionnaire. One "yes" answer needs to be provided for each section.

At the bottom of the Risk Assessment, enter your name and position.

Maker / Checker: The Risk Assessment form will go through the same Maker / Checker process as the other submissions.
